Big School’s Birdwatch

The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) hold a Big Birdwatch every year. This year’s event is running from January 2nd until February 23rd 2018.

The aim is to record the different types of birds spotted near to where you live – perhaps in your garden, at the park or on the way to school.

Take home one of our ‘bird recording’ sheets and record the number of birds that you see. Work out your top ten birds and then enter them onto the blog.

Let’s see which bird is the most popular.

    • That’s great Abi. I have a family of white pigeons at my farm – they are gorgeous, they had babies in the summer and now they are quite a large family!
